- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer affordable prices and do our work with the sole intention of integrity. We care about our customers and our goal is to help their issues and pain points and leave them being fully satisfied with our work. If clients are not satisfied, we will not charge them. Our responsibility and responsiveness comes first and is our core values.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send a technician to the customer's house to examine the problem, then our technician explains in detail to the customer what needs to be done in order to repair the door. Then the technician will hand the customer an estimate/quote. Customers have the option to agree onsite and the work will be performed there and then.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 years of experience in repairing sliding glass doors.
