I would highly recommend Mont Blanc Remodeling. They completed a full design-build remodel of our entire first floor in Altadena and the experience was outstanding. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. They used their time wisely, worked efficiently, and delivered the project on schedule without compromising on quality. Their work ethic was excellent, and the craftsmanship shows in every detail of the remodel. Pricing was very fair for the scope of work, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. This review is overdue as we completed our remodel in November 2025, but we could not be more pleased with our new kitchen. The moment we met with our potential project manager Alex for the initial estimate we knew this is who we wanted to do our remodel. He is unmatched in his expertise, level of detail, and time management. We didn't realize until we had a smaller project done by a different contractor just how amazing he handled this project and all of the challenges and unexpected problems. Not only was everything done efficiently, but the quality of all of the work was amazing and everything was cleaned up so well. Any questions we had were answered in detail and any changes were laid out easily for us to understand. I hope Optimal will be able to help us again in the future with our remaining bathroom remodel and any other project we have. Truly a 5 star experience!

Mont Blanc Development Group built our pool, and overall we had a great experience with the entire team. Clint Bandfield did an outstanding job with the design and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and what really stood out was his hands-on approach. Even though he was the salesman, he came out to our house multiple times during construction. At one point, he even grabbed a shovel to help locate a buried valve. That level of involvement is rare, and I truly appreciate his dedication and customer care.
Alexander was also extremely responsive through the JobTread system—sometimes answering questions within minutes, which made the process much smoother.
Midway through the project, Jason took over as project manager, and he was top notch. He communicated well and was always professional and reassuring. While I would have appreciated more proactive updates—there were times when crews showed up without notice and I wasn’t sure what was scheduled—a simple weekly plan would have made the experience even better.
The craftsmanship from all crews was excellent. Construction began in August 2025 and was completed around early December 2025, which was a solid timeline.
We did experience a few hiccups with the sheer descents, and the only real negative was that it took nearly three months to get the issue fully resolved. I was concerned at times, but Tony stayed in communication and reassured me it would be taken care of. As of February 19, 2026, the sheer descent has been repaired and is working properly.
Overall, I’m very happy with the finished product and the quality of work. The team stood behind their work and followed through, and I would recommend Mont Blanc Development Group to anyone looking to build a pool.
