- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quoted fees are based on standard rates and on the scope defined by the client. However, our philosophy is that there is a solution for every budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a meeting or phone call in which we collect as much information as we can about the project parameters and the client's goals. We document the project site thoroughly and accurately so we can build a 3D model as a baseline. From there we proceed to image boards and / or sketches to establish a direction and communicate with the client regularly. Once these are developed and refined, we move to a final spec package which can include a materials / furniture / decor schedule and / or spec drawings for quoting and building. We supervise the construction and can procure materials and custom elements as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone in our team has at least one Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Environmental Design and decades of collective experience.
