- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair and honest pricing. Every project is different, so I provide free estimates based on the work needed. My goal is to give customers quality workmanship at a reasonable price without cutting corners. I always try to be transparent about the scope of the project so customers know what to expect before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer about the project and what they would like done. After that, I schedule a time to look at the job if needed and provide a free estimate. Once everything is approved, I work carefully and efficiently to complete the project with attention to detail. I always aim to leave customers satisfied with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in home improvement and handyman services. I have worked on many different types of projects, including bathroom remodeling, stucco work, flooring, repairs, replacements, and general home maintenance. Over time, I have continued learning new skills and techniques to provide quality work for homeowners.
