Ms. Bette Baber has been nothing short of a wonderful and fantastic therapist! Before the beginning of each session, she asks how my week is going, such as my job, and my relationships with friends and family. I usually do not directly have to tell Ms. Baber when something is bothering me – she knows right away, which shows how empathetic and completely in tune Ms. Baber is with her patients. Specifically, Ms. Baber’s therapy techniques have greatly improved the symptoms and anxiety that come with my OCD diagnosis. At the end of each session, Ms. Baber leaves me with an encouraging remark that helps get me through my week. I am very blessed to have someone like Ms. Baber in my life!
