Introduction: We are a fully equipped Pilates studio. Our services entail private and semi-privates Pilates sessions, Pilates mat classes, yoga and stretching with meditation classes. We also offer craniosacral therapy and rolfing!
I have been teaching Pilates for 14 years with training in craniosacral therapy at Upledger, shiatsu massage, reiki, breath meditation, functional physical therapy and yoga.
