Administrative services may be completed remotely or in person, depending on the project and location. I also provide mobile notary services: • Travel/mobile fee starting at $45 • California notary fee: $15 per notarized signature • Witness service: $60 per witness when available For notary appointments, all signers must be present with acceptable identification. Apostille facilitation: I prepare and submit your documents to the California Secretary of State and return the completed apostille to you. Common documents include birth and marriage certificates, powers of attorney, and school or business records for use abroad. Fees are quoted per project and are separate from the state's filing fee.
