Once they opened up the walls it turned into a lot more than we expected and they found mold and additional damage we had no idea was there. They walked us through everything and handled it the right way from beginning to end. They took care of the mold remediation and fully dried out the house. What really helped was how they handled the insurance side. They worked directly with our insurance company and were able to get everything covered which made the whole situation a lot less stressful for us. They even waived our $2500 deductible which we did not expect and really appreciated. They might be a newer company but you can tell they have been doing this for years. Very professional, responsive, and they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Nexgen Property Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage."See more
