Carol Evans says, "Summer of this year we made the decision to have our older home completely rewired - there was still original cloth covered wire and concern about it being a fire hazard. So we asked a trusted friend for a recommendation. They had recently used Volta at their home, so we contacted them for a quote. They came out promptly and walked through the house with us.The crew and the lead were very experienced, and worked very hard for the better part of two weeks on our house. Since everything was being rewired, we also replaced most of our fixtures and added ceiling fans to our bedrooms and recessed lighting to our living room area (we paid for these ourselves as they were not included in the quote). The Electricians were more than willing to help us make small improvements we hadn't thought of! At the end of each day they tidied up and cleaned. In order to do the rewiring they had to cut holes in the walls for access which we were told in advance, and they assured us it would be taken care of.After the Electricians were finished, their painters came and patched all the drywall. Paint was matched perfectly, and I honestly cannot even tell where the work was done. It looks so much much better than before!Volta did an excellent job and I would certainly hire them again if we ever need any Electrical work in the future!"See more

We had a small master bathroom project where the primary intent was replacing a bathroom vanity mirror which had fallen off of the wall. Ultimately this turned into a new bathroom vanity, side mirrored medicine cabinet, lighting, a new electrical socket, towel bars and repainting the entire bathroom. He gave us a reasonable estimate and said it would take about 2 days to complete. There were some minor issues that popped up (there always are) and he gave clear communication about an additional amount of time and minimal cost overage. Dima and his associate Vladimir were always on time, very communicative and professional. Dima had another much larger active new construction project going on at the same time as ours but we were never made to feel like our job wasn't important. Would absolutely hire them again and recommend freely to anyone in need of an honest professional who takes care of his customers."See more

Ted is an amazing electrician and a true professional in his trade. He installed our outdoor lights for his first job with me. He did a perfect job on them and even ran the wires under the house to avoid having them stick out near the wall of the house. His team left the outdoor area clean and perfect. After that job, I hired him again to install WiFi light switches and he did a great job in an efficient manner. His cost was very responsible and he was always on time. My schedule needed him to work on Saturday at 715am and he was never late. And just recently I hired him again to install recessed lights in my basement media room. He did a wonderful job and found the perfect covers for them to match the room. He definitely deserves 5+ stars.
