- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin new customer relationships by getting to know my client and their business. I have them complete a brief questionnaire to evaluate their current professional needs, and how I can help them. Then take them through a brief onboarding process with a presentation to explain how my business operates, what exactly they would be getting out of the service, in the time frame in which it would be delivered. I perform weekly check-in‘s with each of my clients more or less upon a request.
