- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 5 to 6 course meal would cost up to $150 to $175 per person depending on the food selection and day of the week. Smaller events will cost $60 to $75. per person. Lunch would be $35 per person
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by email or text conversation, then phone. followed by a meeting in home to sample some of my food items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied culinary. I have several years of experience as a waiter and bartender in high end establishments. I have also worked in a few kitchens. I have been doing small event cooking in guests' homes for several years.
