- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not start out high and find "deals" to lower prices. We do not use high pressure tactics of any kind. We inspect, we estimate, we show you our credentials and then we leave. That's It!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen. Listen. Listen. Then, of course, write it down on paper. We want you to feel protected and make sure that you are constantly updated with photos, calls, and texts from our foremen/women.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our 11 foremen/women have a minimum of 5 years of high level experience both working on roofs and managing small/medium/large scale projects for homeowners, business-owners, non-profits, and government entities.
