FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward, transparent, and customized to your project so you always know exactly what you’re paying for. Here’s how we structure it: No hidden fees — ever. What we quote is what you pay. Free on-site or virtual assessments so we can give you accurate pricing (no guessing). Competitive pricing based on quality materials and licensed, insured workmanship. Discounts available for multi-service projects (e.g., roof + stucco, exterior + interior work). Financing options may be available depending on the scope. Price matching on comparable licensed contractor estimates (same materials & scope). Most importantly, we don’t rush quotes or lowball — we price to do the job right the first time, meet code, and give you long-lasting results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and designed to make your project stress-free from start to finish: 1. Quick Phone Consultation We take a few minutes to understand: * What you need * Timeline & budget * Any concerns or problems you’re experiencing This helps us determine the right solution before we step on-site. 2. On-Site Inspection We come out to your property, walk the project with you, take measurements, photos, and identify all issues. Our goal is to give you the **most accurate scope of work**, not generic advice. 3. Same-Day or 24-Hour Estimate You’ll receive a clear, itemized proposal showing: * Materials * Labor * Project timeline * Warranty information No hidden fees or surprises. 4. Project Scheduling Once approved, we lock in a start date and order materials. We also open a dedicated communication channel so you can reach us easily. ### **5. Work Performed by Licensed Professionals** Our team arrives on time, maintains a clean job site, and updates you throughout the project. We treat your home with respect. 6. Final Walkthrough & Quality Check We review the finished work with you to make sure everything meets your expectations and our standards. 7. Warranty & Support You get written warranties on labor and materials, plus we remain available for any questions after the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the construction industry since 2016 and have completed extensive, hands-on training in roofing, stucco, exterior systems, and residential remodeling. My background includes: State-licensed contractor with years of field experience. Manufacturer-certified training for roofing systems, waterproofing, and exterior coatings. OSHA safety training to ensure every job meets industry safety standards. Technical training in proper installation methods, substrate preparation, moisture protection, and long-term durability. Project management & customer service training so clients receive clear communication and professional service from start to finish. Beyond formal training, I’ve personally managed hundreds of roofing and stucco projects across LA County, which has given me a deep understanding of building codes, material performance, and real-world problem-solving.
