Kevin was awesome! My taxes have recently become more complicated and I needed professional help as I couldn’t trust my proficiency using TurboTax any longer. Kevin started off with a quick call to get a better understanding of my situation and ended with a very transparent and fair price. From there, the process was very easy, although the secure organizer is a bit long — I suspect this will be much quicker during future tax years as Kevin now has my info. From there, I uploaded my documents and within a few hours, Kevin confirmed receipt through a text and an expected completion date. He finished much quicker than expected and allowed time for review and questions. Kevin answered all questions to my satisfaction, even committing to helping with tax strategy during the off-season — I definitely intend to take him up on that offer. After approval of the draft, he submitted my taxes online. The overall refund is more than I expected! I couldn’t be happier — well at least until the funds are received in my account. Thank you so much Kevin for the efficient, professional, and friendly service! I look forward to speaking to you when peak tax season is over.
