- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer needs to know that everything that requires time and effort should be compensated. I'm flexible on pricing but everything outside the accorded would be extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask them how big the tv is, if they have the tv mount already or if I need to provide it, what kind of tv mount they have or they would like. I also ask them if they want the tv mounted on the wall or on top of a fireplace and if they would like the cables concealed in the wall or externally. After that, we set the price and finally the day and time of the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for all the major TV providers as a cable/satellite and internet installer. Charter/TimeWarner, DishNetwork and DirecTv. I also install security cameras and low voltage cable installations such as CAT 5/6 and audio systems.
