- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally an hourly rate is applied or possibly on small projects a flat can be agreed upon with a final completion date. Rates can be adjusted on a project to project basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A face to face meeting if possible or a phone conversation to discuss the final product and customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and experienced in Adobe Premiere, Encoder, Audition, and a little After Effects. I also know Avid, FCP7, FCPX and a little Resolve. I also taught editing at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts
