Hi I'm Emily! I am a 200 RYT with yoga alliance with experience leading vinyasa, power, gentle, pre & post natal yoga. I believe yoga is for all bodies- any age, shape, size or flexibility level. I also believe yoga is a beautiful, transformative practice but also that it's important to have fun & giggle while on your mat 🙂 I can help lead beginner yogis, intermediate/advanced practitioners, expecting moms, new moms, or anyone looking to expand on their journey!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a yoga class taught by Emily, and I have to say it might have been one of the best yoga experiences. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and her adjustments and modifications were extremely helpful in making sure I was able to properly execute each pose. Not only was she a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, but her passion for yoga shone through in her teaching. I left her class feeling rejuvenated, centered, and grateful for the experience. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated yoga instructor.
