Contractor did not show up to appointment. Additionally, I left them 3 voicemails prior to the site visit but did not hear back from them. Update: Rod messaged me after the fact and explained that the job was assigned to them by mistake and it’s outside their area of expertise.

Every thing we agreed upon in the easy to read contract ,he accomplished .My only concern was the two coats of sealer .I did not understand that the 2 coats of sealer in our contract would be applied in only one coat . I should have asked for clarification on what 2 coats of sealer actually means to both of us.
