- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% discounts on all services for veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can contact me by text. Please include your name and services needed. Then i'll get back to you with the next availability in my schedule and prices. If we can come to an agreement, then send your address and email so I can log you into my customer management system and log the appointment in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained to clean synthetic carpets and rugs by a master textile cleaner and worked for them running a van in his fleet before purchasing that van for my own business.
