I hired this company to build a pool fence, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, they had no idea what they were doing. The fence was installed horribly it’s not level, the materials are cheap, the gates are sagging and is extremely unstable and is going to fall over. The overall workmanship looks completely unprofessional. They promised multiple times they’d come back to fix their mistakes, but never showed up. They stopped answering my calls and messages altogether. Finally after I sent a message threatening to sue because I paid for an unfinished job they responded by saying they don’t work with people that can’t make up their minds. That the money I paid covered their 3 days of work regardless if it was done right or not. I’ve been left with a crooked, unsafe, unfinished fence and a huge headache. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They overpromise, underdeliver, and clearly don’t stand behind their work.
