- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive, but I offer good quality of service in my price. I know there are people who can do the work cheaper, however I offer experience, professionalism and good work quality .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pride myself on high levels of customer service by demonstrating with each customer the same level of high support. I always listen all customer needs, and help them to make the right decision if necessary. I'm building relationships, I am always on time, professional, and in constant phone/text or email with a customer. I do not treat customer like a customer, but like a friend, I am very friendly and easygoing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am FAA certified drone pilot It is illegal to do any aerial services without 107 ( drone pilot) license. I am insured up to $5M I have been flying build and fixing drone for few years, I am very proficient and professional pilot. When we talk about the photography, I have been photographing nature and real estate for many years.
