I had a roof leak in which i hired 2 other contractors for and they were unable to fix it. I hired Vital Core to come out and see if they could figure it all out. They performed a water test and pinpointed the issue. They repaired it promptly and I have had no issues since. Was an overall great experience with this company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most roof repair and replacement requests, a Vital Core representative needs to see the site to determine the issues and provide a proper scope of repair and a accurate quote. Vital Core offers military discounts!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will review the project and the needs/results desired by the customer. Second, we will provide the client with a scope of work and a proposal which will include cost. Third, we work with the customer to make sure they are satisfied with the work product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many experienced professionals from expert roofers to detailed draftsmen and a network of consultants. We are a licensed general contractor and I myself have worked as an expert witness consultant in the construction defect litigation field for the past ten years reviewing all different types of construction assemblies. We have prepared many 3D trial exhibits and repair methods for clients.
