I am a baker as well, and I make fresh sourdough bread daily. I cook only healthy and delicious food. Many of my food come from local farms or my own backyard. I can prepare simple foods like spring rolls, pizzas, and fruit pastries to something more exotic like a braised leg of lamb or freshly made cannelloni.
I am well organized and tidy. If you have a knife that needs sharpening or a cutting board that needs oiling, I will do it free of charge.
I can give upfront estimates on grocery costs, and have a lot of experience with buying and growing food. I can work with special dietary needs and all types of cuisines. I will sit down with you one-on-one or by email to discuss the types of foods you want. I will give you an example menu the week before, and I am flexible with daily changes.
