Introduction: I love photography, not only for the artistic and technical aspects of it, but because I truly enjoy collaborating with my clients to ensure they get exactly what they're hoping for from their shoot. On-set, I'm friendly, easy to work with, adaptable, creative, and deliberate. On many shoots, you'll be able to see results in real-time on an iPad tethered to the camera. I've been very pleased working with Thumbtack for the variety of different connections it's helped me make with various people who I can help; construction companies needing aerial photography, interior designers and architects needing photos of their recently completed projects for their portfolios, companies needing group headshots and families needing birthday party photos for their memories. I'd very much enjoy having the opportunity to work with you, too. How can I be of service?

Wedding and Event Photography

I was looking for a photographer at the last minute for a friend. Peter responded quickly and, while he could not be present when we needed him, he offered alternative times. I am sorry we could not use him, but I will remember him when I have wedding clients who need a photographer! Leslie Taylor (Taylored 2 U Weddings)

Peter is a pleasure to work with. We hired him to take photos at our last two Company Holiday Parties and I have already contracted him for next year. I would highly recommend him.

I hired Peter because of his speciality in real estate photography and am 110% happy with the work! He is very experienced, therefore extremely efficient and the final product was excellent. Would absolutely recommend and hire again.

He responded so promptly and was able to accommodate me last minute for a shoot the very next day. He showed up on time, took all the pictures and had them edited back to me 9AM next morning. What!!! He’s honest and upfront from the very first message. He isn’t the cheapest bid you’ll get on Thumbtack but he sure is the best. Do it.

Peter was terrific to work with; collaborative, detail-oriented, flexible and very nice. His photos were exactly what we’re looking for and turned out great. We would definitely work with him again.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I keep rate sheets for various different types of work to ensure fairness in pricing, and based on those rates, can prepare custom bids for any given shoot after discussing the project with my client.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

This is pretty straightforward; I discuss the job with my client, to learn what they have in mind and what they need it for. From there I work with them to plan a shoot that will take care of them, and we get it on the calendar.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In addition to two decades of self-study, I spent six months in full-time studies at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Montana, and still to this day attend workshops and pay for additional online training. I am also an FAA licensed drone pilot.
