although he started off fine for day 1 of the fence project, paul was, ultimately, unethical, unprofessional, lacked follow through, stopped communicating with me, and left the job unfinished. i am now having to hire a licensed professional to finish the job he started, costing me more money. i would never recommend paul for any job.
