Introduction
I’ve been doing handyman work for 6 years in the Bay area and in 2022 I started my own business. After a year work on my own I can now work with a second person (helper) to be more efficient and attend a bigger number of clients.
General work typically done on a hourly rate and some skilled labor performed on a fixed price, please reach out for an estimate.
My focus is to perform clean and quality jobs.

This pro is every bit that - A PRO! Luciano was on time, and very responsive. He took photos of my gutters before cleaning, and after. He cleaned my deck up completely upon finishing. He was quick and efficient, and cleaned over my office first since I had work to do. He was done quickly, with good follow-up suggestions for me. I highly recommend Machado Maintenance!

Guys from Machado maintenance hit it out of the park. Had a unique situation where we needed to have a microwave lowered close to 4 inches compared to original install from Costco. They listened to what I thought would be a good fix, they agreed and put the plan into action. Working in tight quarters they delivered as promised, the project turned out better than anticipated. Any future projects that I'm needing help with I would not hesitate to reach out to these guys.
