We provide clear, upfront flat-rate pricing based on the number of bedrooms/bathrooms and the current condition of the home. Standard cleaning: flat rate confirmed after photos and a short description Deep / move-in / move-out: customized quote (heavier detailing, baseboards, shower glass, etc.) Recurring service: 10–15% off weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings Add-ons: inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, baseboards, laundry, light post-construction Fees: no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick consultation by message — address, number of rooms, and 3–5 photos Written quote & checklist — what’s included/excluded, plus optional add-ons Scheduling & access — arrival window, parking, door code or lockboc Cleaning day — our team arrives with all standard supplies (eco-friendly products are optional or upon request) Quality check — client walkthrough or photo confirmation Follow-up — we save your preferences and can set up recurring service with discount
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are trained frequently, stainless steel and glass detailing, sanitation procedures, and vacation-rental turnover checklists (bed resets, staging, laundry handling, and photo documentation). We also follow safe product-handling practices, including eco-friendly options upon request.
