- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work by the hour and can usually give you a good idea of the total time involved. I also charge for travel but never for traffic!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I follow all developments in makeup and skin care. There is always lots of new information and it is important to stay up on it, to decide what is helpful and what is hype. Keeping up with fashion is almost a full time job. I have to stay fresh and current to keep my blog readers interested!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had my colors done when I was in my twenties and fell in love with it. I was unsure of my own image and learned from my early clients. Image consulting is the perfect synergy of all my passions: color, design, style, face artistry, working with people directly, problem solving, writing, speaking. I believe in doing work that makes a difference both for individuals and the culture.After twenty five years I love it more all the time.
