Diego was excellent. He responded to my query almost immediately and was able to come out within about three hours. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right then and there. It was a matter of loose bolts and a slipped hose. He checked out the two other toilets in the house and found the same loose bolts that just hadn’t started leaking yet.
