Carlos was on time, on point, and honest. He brought his helper Lee, who I can say is an honest and great guy. I can’t recommend this company enough, they were good people and I felt comfortable having them in my home and around my family. Extremely professional! I was quoted up to $5,200 for this replacement from various other companies. I called around and Plumber On Time came through at $1,800 for an American made water heater installed and the old one removed. Absolutely pleased with the quality of work as well. Profesional and tidy. These guys are easy to work with and totally reasonable and we wanted to share that with everyone so you guys can make an informed decision. Being a real estate professional and having some units under my belt I can positively say it’s hard to find good help these days from guys who know what they are doing and are willing to do it for competitive prices. These guys are a gem of a company. Let’s keep them busy! -Al
