This plumbing company is a gem in the Inland Empire area. Truly recommend this company. Our old kitchen faucet line had sudden leaks and my father made it worse. He broke the old copper line and a flood began. We needed a professional service urgently. After a brief consulting with photo, the owner explained what was the issue and how he/they would fix it. A technician named Raul visited us even it was already 7:30 pm. Raul had a tremendous work. He worked with care because our other waters lines and pipes were obviously old. He answered all of our questions professionally. Also, he found out additional leak from the main hot water line, and repair it during his visit—we were very close to have another flood tonight if Raul did not find the leak. Until almost 11 pm, Raul completed the project and now my family can go to bed with peace of mind! The total cost was reasonable including all materials and labor. No hidden fees or surprise. The owner kept his word and quote from the initial consulting. We will definitely use their service again for future project to change old water lines—during the visit, the technician gave us additional consulting regarding this issue.

My experience with Plumber on Time was a great one. They were very responsive and were able to accommodate an early morning scheduling request. Ricardo showed up on time despite the fact that the property needing work was in a rural mountainous area and at a location that isn’t the easiest to get to. He was knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services, urgent or not. Thank you Carlos and Ricardo. It was a pleasure.
