- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price by the hour, always run over. Cheap as possible without enraging other tutors. Student should want to pay more than I'm asking or I correct the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen above all. Best to answer their questions. Otherwise I present the basic concepts slowly and find any they are shaky on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Math: graduate school, extensive teaching and tutoring over many years. I play piano for singers and musical shows, Christmas, church.
