    Great String Trio!
Jen and her team were amazing! They were exactly what I was looking for to add that extra special touch to our wedding ceremony! Jen was very easy to work with and was very flexible even though I made a few changes to my song selections. I wish I could have enjoyed their music longer, but we went offsite for pictures.

Pre-event coordination was easy. I liked that they were flexible with the number of musicians, and Jennifer provided helpful advice on song selection. They arrived on time and played beautifully. Very reasonable rates too!

Q&A

Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Our rates vary based on the service and travel time. Generally a traditional wedding service or the first hour of performance costs $200-400 per player depending on travel and music requests, and additional performance time is typically $60 per hour per player. We are happy to negotiate rates for non-profit groups and benefits, or collaboration with composers, conductors, or recording projects. Please contact us for more details and a quote for your specific event needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Quality and price varies widely amongst gigging musicians, but there are lots of great musicians out there! Lower prices generally mean the musicians might not perform at professional level, or simply that they are not compensating musicians fairly for the service (for example, weddings are typically a 6-8 hour time commitment not including the coordination/management time). Look for a small local group rather than a large entertainment booking company, so you can communicate with the actual musicians you will be working with, and so the performance ability is sure to match the samples you hear on their website.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What style of music do you want to hear (rock, classical, jazz?) Do you have any special must-have song requests? Will the service be indoors or outdoors? Do you have an indoor alternative prepared in case of heat/cold/fog/rain that prevents musicians from performing?
