- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Behind the Wheel : Our rate is $80.00 per hour and we do a minimum of a 2 hour lesson in one day. Online Drivers Education : $49.95 Written Evaluation : $ 20.00 Accepted forms of payment : Cash , Check , Credit card or paypal
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can either call , Live chat , Email to talk with either Deb or Sarah to set up your first behind the wheel lesson. There is an option to fill out an online enrollment form at our website
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner : Bill Allenbaugh - Class 1, Haz Mat, Air, and Tanker endorsements. Instructor license 10 years; Owner and Operator's licenses 8 years. Driver Instructor training license 7 years. Initial training by former CHP Officer. College graduate wih honors. Long time Bay Area resident. Proud father and grand father.
