Ronald was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came over with a partner for an initial estimate. Ronald and his assistant were great! He was very quick to find the cause of our sewer blockage which was on the coupler that connected the clean out to the pipe coming from the house. He unclogged the line and then showed me with his camera what was happening with the coupler. We had a trenchless sewer pipe put in a few years ago so he suggested I talk with the company that had installed it as they may have a warranty. Sure enough they did! His honest assessment of the situation saved us a lot of money. Thank you Ronald!
