Called Gabriel when our tankless heater stopped flaring up suddenly. He jumped and was on his way right away. Did great job of triaging the problem and trying to get the replacement parts (igniter) but just couldn’t find it jn stock anywhere. Gabriel, also descaled our heater afterwards. Will be reaching out again for our plumbing needs.
