All I can say is Gabriel at Sotos Plumbing is an honest and reliable plumber. After speaking with multiple plumbers and waterheater specialists about an issue with my tankless waterheater, almost everyone wanted to replace the whole unit and charge me $5k+ for a new one. Gabriel actually took the time to diagnose the issue, flush the system, and fix the problem instead of trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a trustworthy plumber.

Gabriel responded promptly to my request to have my washer valves replaced and was able to fix them on short notice. The pipes and valves were very old and the job was not an easy one, but he took the time to explain the issue, went to get the parts, welded the pipes, and made sure if I needed to remove the valves in the future it would be easier. He gave a reasonable price, and is going to follow up on getting the dry wall replaced. He was very pleasant to work with, and I would hire him again for other plumbing issues!
