KayTech did an excellent job getting my computer up and running again. He was able to determine that the problem was not due to the hard drive. It was perfectly fine, but the problem was Windows itself. He spent a lot of time and effort installing Windows 10 again and then transferring the fats into it. He worked hard to minimize any data loss. It appears most, if not all, the data was recovered. That was a relief because there was a possibility that the data could not be retrieved. I would highly recommend KayTech for your computer repair needs. His rates are very reasonable and the discount he gives for a new customer’s first session was great! What a nice way to welcome newcomers to his business. A true professional.

Kay came within 90mins of the contact through Thumbtack. I was very impressed. My computer had stopped working and I needed to get info from the malfunctioning computer to another one that I had just purchased. Found Kay to be very knowledgeable and did everything I asked of him with relative ease. I will definitely use him again.

He got back to me quickly, we were able to meet up and I passed off my computer to him. He was really excellent about maintaining communication, checking prices of the hard drives I was considering, and completed the work early! Highly recommend this guy for all computer support needs.

I was in a hug pickle! My computer , without warning, died! K Redon fed within in 5 minutes and then the next day he was here fixing my computer. K is a solid, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, nice, tech person who really cares He went above and beyond to fix my computer so I was up and running quickly! He even went to the store for me to buy the supplies needed He’s coming back this weekend to do more work for me I would recommend K for anyone that needs a solid, hardworking and smart computer tech!!!

    Outstanding Customer service is key to me. I always make sure my Customer is comfortable with my service by doing an amazing job. I follow up on the issue or incident and try to get a suitable date for resolution ASAP !!

    Most of my experience was gotten from learning on the job, I worked in a big enterprise environment - built my knowledge and Qualifications so that I can do my work effectively and efficiently.
