Was extremely helpful and supporting. Seemed to know what he was talking about and was very personable. Helped me work to fix my diet and learn what foods are healthy for me to eat and a regular basis. 👍👍

Best personal trainer you could possibly get! He's knowledgable and very caring. He knows what he's doing and he tries to create unique training plans for each individuals. Working out is never boring or hard with him. He encourages you instead of yelling at you yet he makes sure you get your work done. I trained with Zach for about 2 months in SD and I got my desired beach body (not looking fat) at the end :D 10/10 would recommend!
