Benny is a thorough professional from the moment I requested the service for guttercleaning. He answered all questions beforehand of how the work would be done then provided bunches of photos and a video showing before and after.
My gutters had blockage in all six gutter/downspouts that he cleared so that water came gushing out again.
He shows up when expected, completes all the work using all his own tools with a very pleasant attitude and charges a fair price for the work. Great job !

Benny was quick to respond to my request and arrived on time the next day. Worked efficiently to clean my house gutters and leaves off my ADU roof (which is flat). I've added the same area before and after photos, but he provided pictures from all directions around the house. I can attest there were a lot of wet leaves due to the number of mature trees around the property and recent rains. I'm thankful for people like Bennie who do such a thorough job because it's not easy, and it's very messy.

We offer competitive rates with seasonal discounts and special deals for repeat customers. You can also save when you book multiple cleanings a year or refer a friend.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by asking a few quick questions about the home and gutter condition. From there, I provide a set price and schedule a convenient time for the cleaning. On the day of service, I arrive on time, clear all gutters and downspouts, and check for any damage or leaks. Once the job is done, I show photos of the results and make sure the customer is completely satisfied before wrapping up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed hands-on training in home maintenance and exterior cleaning, learning proper gutter safety, ladder use, and debris removal techniques. I also stay updated on the best tools and cleaning methods to protect your roof and gutters.
