I will include further articulation below if you have interest in the details Short Version: I needed more than just someone to help me reshape my resume. I needed a knowledgeable professional to interview for advice, tactical and strategic planning. Tina Morcombe was precisely what I was looking for and more. After I communicated what I thought was my complex (and hopeless) situation, Tina handled our first meeting with skillfulness and comforting serenity. Tina listened to me. She heard to my frustrations of inadequacy, feeling lost after having such a highly merited profession I enjoyed, and no longer held. We talked through my mental blocks, what I saw myself doing, and what I wanted. After she spoke to me, that is when she wanted to see my resume. I want to make this clear: Tina is not a "plug-in and go" coach or "plug-in and go" resume assisting individual. She is thorough, thoughtful, strategic, and kind. She wants to help her clients on both a professional and personal level. She takes the time to "see" you. With Tina's help, I am excited about my next foray into my next career. I was petrified, procrastinating, and timid before we spoke. I cannot recommend TMM Solutions or Tina Morcombe enough. She makes the client feel valued. She is exceptional. Long Version: I reached out to Tina after utilizing other "plug-in and go" resume services elsewhere. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that style, but I felt what I was facing was far more complex than that service. Other providers had little to no interest in understanding my situation, and what I was really struggling with. I truly needed one-on-one help. I was lost. I was a decorated and highly awarded for customer service excellence in my last position but had been let go. I was flummoxed as to whether include that information or not and the awards... then how will I explain the 1.5 years of no employment if I don't include that position based on being let go? Tina handled my self-perceived disaster of a career situation (and headspace) with both grace and alacrity. She made what I felt was intricate and messy quite simple and logical. She took the time to go over where I was, where I am, and where I'd like to go. Only then did she request my resume, once she better understood better who I was, and what I wanted. I am an uncouth Irish savage and therefore struggle to articulate the comfort I felt after our first meeting together. I remember him patiently listening to me, looking at me with his kind and persistent eyes, just being 100% present, until that moment, where I felt he was actually seeing me, trapped in that hole.   And for the first time in forever, I was not alone anymore...  He took my (virtual) hand and what I sensed was: " I see you, I see who you are, I see where you are, AND I know the way out, AND I'm gonna get you out of here." I felt an immense sense of relief. And the thing is: he never let go of my hand until I was out of that hole, until I was able to stand in the outside world. And for that I am forever grateful to him. Also, even though therapy was intense, deep, sometimes difficult, it was also magic, interesting, and fun!!
