- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most clients prefer a flat monthly rate whereby everything is included and you don't get billed for extra phone calls. These monthly rates are determined by several factors -number of bank accounts, credit cards, number of transactions, payroll, profit and loss report, balance sheet report, etc; Other clients prefer an hourly rate that we can discuss upon our initial meeting. We don't charge drive time, just hours worked at your location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we meet everyone for a free one on one consultation. We define expectations upfront and map out a course of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA in Accounting from Baker College in Michigan.
