If I could give Max 10 stars, I would! What started as a simple “No connection” error on our Nest Thermostat turned out to be a much deeper HVAC issue and Max tackled it with professionalism, expertise, and a level of care that’s hard to come by these days.

He didn’t just patch things up and go. He really investigated the problem and found out our system was basically suffocating from an undersized return and a coil that was totally blocked with insulation. He explained everything in a way that made sense and even went the extra mile to clean the coil on the spot, totally improving our system’s function right then and there.

Max gave thoughtful recommendations, not just for a quick fix, but for long-term solutions that will make our home more comfortable and energy-efficient. He’s honest, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right.

If you’re looking for a company and someone who actually cares about getting to the root of your HVAC problems Max from Tactical Airflow has you covered!

OMG!! This is a true faith base Man- Max!! I promise you won’t go wrong with him. I called him not knowing how far we were from each other, he’s from Orange County and I’m in Antelope Valley - 3 hours away from each other (he didn’t know either). Without knowing where I lived he instantly gave me ideas of what may be wrong with my air conditioner, which is something nobody does. He was so willing to make the drive to help fix my air conditioner but we gave it a shot and kept in touch. Before even mentioning anything about money, he virtually helped me fix my air conditioner. Who does this??? Only a firm believer!
After his guidance we were able to fix my air conditioner and the ethical thing for me to do was to pay for his virtual services. I couldn’t have done without Max. Thank you Max you are a true Maximus. May God continue to bless you and your business. You’re amazing man! Stay Golden 💛
PS: can I keep you for my friend lol

Max is awesome! He basically guided me on what to do, and I was able to repair the issue myself. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a service technician. He said it was okay to charge me for the repair, but based on my issue, he suggested what to do instead. Because of this, Max is definitely staying on my contact list. Recommend him 100%

Thank you, Max!

I called Max to diagnose a water leaking from the vent. Unfortunately the issue wasn't the vent and likely a plumbing issue but Max was honest and he didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. He is one of the very few people who are honest. I would definitely recommend hiring him.
