Introduction: Give me a call for your home and small business needs. I have done 15 years of IT support in desktop support, network administration, and PC technician. I have done computer repair, installation, and setup, from Windows XP to 7 and 8. I also got PCs back online from malware attacks and computer virus attacks using a full anti-malware and/or antivirus software suites such as McAfee, Kapersky, Webroot, Trend Micro, and Symantec. I also restore files off a backup hard drive. I set up all-in-one scanner/ink jet and laser printers from Dell, Lexmark, Brother, Kodak, and HP. I set up and install small business Wi-Fi/network access off from Time Warner Business Class Cable router to a Linksys and Netgear routers and switches. I only work on Windows and Android. Nothing else.
