My goal is to empower and encourage healing and recovery by helping individuals restore what was lost and embrace new growth. Guided by a creative and artistic lens, I foster self-discovery, awareness, and enlightenment. Above all, I walk alongside individuals with faith, assisting in the transformation of their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My dedication to helping others heal through experiential and restorative engagement has allowed me to work extensively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I have developed expertise in addressing addiction, unhealthy relational dynamics, and identity struggles. My experience spans working with children, adolescents, and adults, strengthening my clinical capabilities, creative approach, and leadership skills. I am especially passionate about supporting women through life transitions, both within and beyond the workforce, while promoting healthy and sustainable connections with themselves and their communities. With a deep commitment to those grappling with substance use, I offer a compassionate yet challenging approach to help individuals break free from prolonged dependency and build thriving, healthier lives. As a New Jersey native, my coastal and cultural upbringing has shaped my dynamic and unique perspective on human connection and relatability. When I am not facilitating transformative therapeutic experiences, I enjoy traveling the world, immersing myself in diverse cultures, dancing, cycling to iconic music, and spending quality time with family and friends.
