- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in working with a new customer is to establish ground rules with regards to customer needs, assessment of project, and honest communication to ensure an open process for moving forward to customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is an associates degree in business merchandising, bachelors degree in business administration and school business management certificate. This wide range of education allowed me to move forward in opening my own business and become the entrepreneur that I aspired to be since a child.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this type of work years ago when I was hired by a community college as the Asst. Controller. Due to my degrees and my study habits, I learned the general accounting principles of running a business. Through out my career, as I moved towards more responsibility and additional experience when operating a business, I became more interested in using these skills to operate my own business. Now I have two businesses that run very successfully.
