- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a basic pricing system to give potential clients a general idea of my services, but I always take into consideration location, amount and requested delivery of photos, and more. Standard pricing can be found on my website and the link is in my bio!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to working with new customers I want to learn as much as I can about them, because as a photographer its not only my job to take their photos, but to also tell their story. I communicate with clients via email and phone to find out as much as I can concerning what they're looking for going into the shoot. If possible I like to meet in person as well before the shoot to make sure we're on the same page! But sometimes everything doesn't go as planned, and in the end it's about the client and I do my best to be extremely flexible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the course of my academic career, I have taken various photography courses. But more importantly I ENJOY learning and furthering my photographic knowledge. I take into consideration what past clients have wanted and what potential clients are looking for.
