Introduction: I am (E-RYT 200 with Kaia Yoga of Westport, Connecticut) certified vinyasa/ hot vinyasa and yin yoga teacher. I remember saying yoga is not for me because I am too active, have too much energy and oh yeah, I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. Well yoga was exactly what I needed. It was love at first practice. After 18 months of practicing yoga I knew I needed to do more and that I need yoga for the rest of my life. I decided to spread the holistic approach to life, self-care and the importance of practicing yoga by becoming a certificate teacher. I am very passionate about my yoga practice and I make sure my classes are focused, challenging, well sequenced that includes a hands-on approach to helping my clients.

Magdalena was such a wonderful teacher. We were a group of friends and she created a custom session that suited our individual levels. She was really good at making sure our postures were good and everyone was following along. It was a very calming session and I'm planning to use Magdalena on a regular basis. Truly a great find and I appreciate how knowledgeable she was. All my friends were commenting on how positive the experience was. Thank you Magdalena!

Excellent session! Between the choice of surroundings on the beach, focus on strengthening like I requested and Magdalena’s attention to where I needed corrections in my poses, I was very happy with my practice. I also learned the reasons for the adjustments needed and Magdalena commented on where I’m supposed to be feeling the stretch and the burn. It was very helpful to understand that. I will definitely work with her again.
