I'm Steve from Denver. I needed an exercise bike assembled for my sister in Novato, California. Filipe worked with me to coordinate the service even though I could not be there in person. Filipe assembled the bike and showed her how to use it and how to adjust the tension / resistance settings. He sent a photo of the completed project, which I very much appreciated. He did a really good job. The only downside is that his header on Thumbtack states an estimated price was $60. It would have been better if it said "Starting at $60." My actual charge was over twice that. He explained that the actual charge would be based on other factors, such as bike size, model, distance from his company, and the lead charges from Thumbtack. I felt he put the low amount in order to steer customers away from those who stated more accurate preliminary estimates. All in all, I would be happy to work with Tool Magic / Felipe again.

It was a breath of fresh air to work with 2 nice people...Felipe and Kevin. They were kind and really seemed to take joy in the work they were doing. Plus they were sweet to all of the donkeys who were trying to help them put together their new shelter :)
