I'm Steve from Denver. I needed an exercise bike assembled for my sister in Novato, California. Filipe worked with me to coordinate the service even though I could not be there in person. Filipe assembled the bike and showed her how to use it and how to adjust the tension / resistance settings. He sent a photo of the completed project, which I very much appreciated. He did a really good job. The only downside is that his header on Thumbtack states an estimated price was $60. It would have been better if it said "Starting at $60." My actual charge was over twice that. He explained that the actual charge would be based on other factors, such as bike size, model, distance from his company, and the lead charges from Thumbtack. I felt he put the low amount in order to steer customers away from those who stated more accurate preliminary estimates. All in all, I would be happy to work with Tool Magic / Felipe again.

I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am of Tool Magic. They came out on extremely short notice to assemble my son’s playset, and their flexibility to meet my tight deadline was incredible. They were prompt, courteous, and professional from start to finish. The craftsmanship was excellent, and they even stayed and worked a bit as the sun went down just to make sure everything was completed. The whole process took about 2.5 hours, and I’m truly grateful for their dedication and care.
