- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 2 different pricing models. We charge a flat rate after diagnosis, $50 minimum PC/Mac or $100 for liquid damage, custom units and laptops required to be opened up for troubleshooting. We provide FREE pickup/drop off. We also provide on-site work at an hourly rate of $128/hr.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've been in the business since 2002 and have work with all types of residential customers and sizes of businesses from 1 to 50+ employees with multiple offices in multiple states. We enjoy finding solutions to your technology needs.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our recent business clients had a server crash. They didn't have anyone maintaining their business on a monthly basis so this type of thing was bound to happen. We received the call on a Friday afternoon before Super Bowl weekend. We were able to provide them with a used newer server, migrated the information from their old server and made sure everything was up and running for them to work on Monday. We were still all able to go home in time for the Super Bowl. The end result was that the client was satisfied with our service and seamless to the employees.
