- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we find the clients' objectives and the financial need analysis is completed it will guide us to the clients' recommended savings. This will give them a solid foundation to Financial planning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a session remotely or in person to understand the need and suitability to work with our clients. If the product suit then we will proceed with the application process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide the opportunity for clients to sit with our team 1 on 1 and give custom-made recommendations. We provide opportunities for our clients to learn concepts during these sessions.
