John did an outstanding job of cleaning our gutters. The job was bigger than he expected, but he got right to it without complaint. Jonathan trimmed my tree in the front yard, which is about 60 feet tall, and cleaned my roof gutter. His work is excellent and he is very responsive and professional. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs starting at $250 minimum Tile roof $$385, Ladders only $500(if for any reason I’m have to work from ladder only)That's for rain gutter cleaning. Tree trimming I have to look at job in person before hand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and determine what the customers needs are. If a free estimate is in order. If so schedule one in a timely fashion. Once job is approved for my service customer needs to make sure all windows are closed and that they move any things outside that they do not want to get dirty or wet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Practice everyday. On the job experience and reading up on proper safety practice.
